Notices for your stay in EZ Stay

Check-in
1.Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is before 12:00 the next day. We may be able to offer early check-in for guests arriving earlier depending on the actual situation.
2.We will reserve the room till 18:00。 for guests who do not make advanced payment for their reservations.
3.Return the room card when you check-out at our self-service check-in machine. Guests will have to pay an NT300 fee for each missing room card.
4.If guests wish to prolong the check-out time or extend their stay, please go to a self-service check-in machine to go through the procedure, make payments, and get a new room card.
5.Guest are recommended to provide their domestic phone number when making reservations to quickly get the room card when checking in.
Notices for printing out the receipt when the room is ready:
  • If guests do not provide complete IDs, the hotel will contact them to submit their IDs again.
  • Guests should take care of the room card. If the room card is lost, the hotel will charge an NT300 fee for each missing room card.
  • If guests wish to prolong the check-out time or extend their stay, please go to a self-service check-in machine to go through the procedure, make payments and get a new room card.
  • If guests have questions about hotel facilities, service items, or charges, they can scan the QR CODE in the room or use the service phone for help.
  • Notices for printing out the receipt when the room is not ready yet:
  • Guests can go to the EZ Lounge on the 15th floor with the provisional room card and enjoy all of our facilities.
  • Guest should take the provisional room card to the self-service check-in machine to see if the room is ready by entering the verifying code on the receipt. Guests can select “Reception desk” on the bottom right of the display if they have questions.
  • Notice for your staying
    1.For safety concerns, guests are not allowed to use appliances they bring or cook in the room. Guests will have to pay for broken equipment and devices caused by this.
    2.The hotel room safe is for guests to use during their stay in EZ Stay. Guests are responsible for their own properties. The hotel will not be responsible for missing properties.
    3.Guests should pay for broken or missing equipment or devices in the room according to our price list.
    4.To comply with the law against smoking in public places, smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel. Smokers will be charged an NT2,000 fee for cleaning.
    5.No pets are allowed into the hotel except for seeing-eye dogs. Guests who bring pets into the hotel will be fined an NT2,000 fee for cleaning and sterilization.
    Facilities
    1.The EZ Lounge on the 15th floor of the hotel and opens 24 hours a day. Guests can use their room cards to enter the lounge.
    2.Light breakfast is served at the EZ Lounge from 07:00 to 11:00. The buffet is open to guests of EZ Stay.
    3.The self-service laundry area in on the 16th floor and opens for 24 hours a day. Guests are free to use the service.
    Reminders
    1.The guest room supplies are given according to the number of guests registered during reservation. Guests will be charged with an extra fee for extra room supplies.
    2.The price for bottled mineral water is NT30.
    3.To contribute to environmental protection, the hotel will change beddings and towels every two days.
    4.The guest room phone is for service line and calls to other guest rooms only, not for outside calls.
